As your much-awaited journey with MyglobalTrip begins, here’s how your first day will unfold based on your departure city:
Guests Departing from Mumbai (Scheduled Group Departure)
Guests who have opted for the Mumbai to Mumbai tour will meet at Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport, Mumbai, four hours before the scheduled flight departure time.
From here, you fly together with MyglobalTrip tour manager to Tokyo and begin your beautiful journey. Upon arrival, the MyglobalTrip Tour Manager will assist you with all airport formalities and ensure a smooth transition to the hotel or sightseeing place as per the itinerary.
Guests Joining from Other Indian Cities
If you are flying from cities like New Delhi, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Hyderabad, Bengaluru or others, please ensure that you have received your complete travel details like airline, flight departure and arrival time, airport name, passport with valid visa etc. from your MyglobalTrip Travel Advisor. You will fly to the first destination of the tour as per your individual flight details. Upon arrival your tour manager will meet you at Tokyo airport or at the sightseeing place conveyed to you in advance.
Joining & Leaving (J&L) Guests – From India or Anywhere in the World
If you are joining the tour from any part of India or overseas by making your own arrangements, please ensure that you have received complete guidance for smooth arrival, hotel check-in or joining at sightseeing place, from your MyglobalTrip Tour Manager as well as travel adviser. Tour Manager will meet you directly at the first destination [Tokyo] as per the tour plan conveyed to you.
Important Notes:
For Joining & Leaving guests the flight tickets, visa, insurance and airport transfers are to be borne by guests. Please ensure all these arrangements are as per the scheduled group tour. To avail of the group airport transfers, we request you to ensure your flight arrival is at the scheduled group airport and is minimum one hour before the group’s scheduled flight arrival time. For last day your flight departure time should be after the scheduled group flight departure time to avail the airport transfers.

Upon arrival, we pass by Imperial Palace and Tokyo Tower.
We then enjoy shopping at Shibuya crossing and take a photo stop at Hachiko – The statue of Japanese Dog Akita, remembered for his remarkable loyalty to his owner for whom he continued to wait for over nine years following his death.
Today we drive past Rainbow bridge and arrive at Odaiba and take a photo stop at Odaiba Statue of Liberty.
Now, it’s time to discover the incredible Team Lab Planets – an art facility that utilizes digital technology to create illusions. Here you walk through water, and a garden where you become one with the flowers. It comprises 4 large-scale artwork spaces and 2 gardens.
Then, we take a Bullet train ride to Hiroshima – a modern city on Japan’s Honshu Island which was the first military target of a nuclear weapon in human history.
Today we visit the world-famous landmark of Japan Miyajima Shrine and its Floating Torii Gate.
Then we visit Hiroshima Peace Park and History Museum, followed by a visit to Bomb Dome, Sadako Monument and the Memorial Cenotaph.
Later we take a bullet train ride to Osaka – a bustling city known for its lively nightlife, diverse cuisine, and historic landmarks.
Today we visit Nara Deer Park – Home to hundreds of freely roaming deer. Nara’s nearly 1200 deer have been designated as a natural treasure. Then we visit Todaiji Temple – A UNESCO World Heritage site and one of Japan’s most famous and historically significant temples and a landmark of Nara.
Later we enjoy boat ride through Dotonbori (Tonbori) River. Enjoy viewing the extravagant and brightly fashionable area that will fascinate you. Make sure to have your camera ready to enjoy taking pictures of the amazing views of Dotonbori during the boat ride and experience the atmosphere of Osaka’s enthusiasts at one of the most relaxed spots to rest yourself after a long day trip.
In the evening, we have free time for shopping at Namba District.
Today we enjoy a walk through Arashiyama Bamboo Groove and Togetsukyo Bridge – Arashiyama Bridge. We then visit the spectacular Golden Pavilion (Kinkaku – Ji) – a zen temple who’s each floor represents different type of architecture. This impressive structure built overlooking a large pond and has top two floors are completely covered in gold leaf. Later we to proceed to Fushimi Inari Shrine which is famous for its thousands of Vermilion Torii Gates.
Today we proceed to Nagoya – Japan’s fourth largest city which is surrounded by sea, mountains, river and known as manufacturing hub of the country by Bullet train.
Upon arrival, we explore Nagoya city. We visit Toyota Commemorative Museum of Industry and Technology – also known as Toyota Tecno Museum. Here we will see all of the historic models of Toyota cars on display, including the rare and highly valuable.
[Note: Whenever, Toyota Commemorative Museum of Industry and Technology is closed for visitors, we will visit Toyota Kaikan Museum – Museum at the head office of Toyota Motor Corporation showcasing detailed overview of Toyota’s innovative automotive technology]
Followed by a photo stop at backdrop of Nagoya Castle.
Then we visit to SC Maglev and railway park – a railway museum owned by Central Japan Railway company which educate visitors on the advances in high-speed rail in Japan. It displays several actual trains, including historic steam locomotives, world record setting experimental shinkansen (bullet train) and the latest magnetic levitating trains (maglev).
The museum also houses one of Japan’s largest train dioramas with miniature trains running through detailed recreations of Osaka, Nagoya and Tokyo.
Later we take a photo stop at backdrop of Mirai Tower, Oasis 21 and @NAGOYA sign.
In the evening, we proceed to Nabana No Sato to see night illuminations.
Today we proceed to Shirakawa Go – a UNESCO World Heritage Site famed for its unique gassho-zukuri houses. These steeply thatched-roof farmhouses, designed to withstand heavy snow, resemble hands clasped in prayer. Upon arrival, we visit the Wada House – a well-preserved gassho-style home that provides a glimpse into traditional rural life. Then we take a short hike up to the Shiroyama Viewpoint for a panoramic view of the entire village.
Later we drive to Takayama, upon arrival we stroll around beautifully preserved Takayama’s old town with many buildings and whole streets of houses dating back to the feudal ages.
Today we proceed to Kofu – capital city of Yamanashi Prefecture. Enroute, we visit, Matsumoto castle – originally known as Fukashi Castle, is one of Japan’s premier historic castles. Upon arrival at Kofu, we check into hotel.
Today we proceed to Fuji Five Lake area. Upon arrival, we explore Oshino Hakkai – also known as Eight Seas of Oshino, are a set of eight ponds located in the Fuji Five Lakes area. This beautiful attraction was created by historic eruptions and intense volcanic activities. Viewing Mount Fuji from Oshino Hakkai is a serene experience, as the crystal-clear ponds of this charming village beautifully reflect the iconic mountain on clear days. Later we visit, Mt. Fuji 5th Station – gateway to Japan’s most iconic mountain located at around 2300 meters above sea level.
[Note: When Mt. Fuji 5th Station is closed due to the weather conditions we will enjoy Owakudani Ropeway ride and then we board on scenic Lake Ashi Cruise.]
In the evening, we drive to Tokyo.
Note: The view of Mt. Fuji is weather-dependent and may be obscured on cloudy days.
Today we explore Shinjuku Garden which is famous for its traditional Japanese landscapes.
Then we visit Observation deck of Tokyo Sky Tree – a world-famous landmark towering above city’s skyline that provides panoramic view of Tokyo Metropolitan region.
Later we visit Asakusa Temple Complex along with Nakamise Shopping area.
In the evening, we have free time for shopping at Ginza district.

Guests traveling on the scheduled group flight will proceed to the airport as per the group’s departure time.
Joining & Leaving (J&L) Guests:
J&L guests will proceed to the airport after the scheduled group tour concludes.
If your flight timing and airport match the group’s, you may join the group airport transfer. Otherwise, the cost of reaching the airport, cruise terminal, railway station, or bus terminal will be borne by the guest.
