As your much-awaited journey with MyGlobalTrip begins, here’s how your first day will unfold based on your departure city:
Guests Departing from Mumbai (Scheduled Group Departure)
Guests who have opted for the Mumbai to Mumbai tour will meet at Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport, Mumbai, four hours before the scheduled flight departure time.
From here, you fly together with MyGlobalTrip tour manager to Hanoi – Vietnam’s capital city for over 1000 years and begin your beautiful journey. Upon arrival, the MyGlobalTrip Tour Manager will assist you with all airport formalities and ensure a smooth transition to the hotel or sightseeing place as per the itinerary.
Guests Joining from Other Indian Cities
If you are flying from cities like New Delhi, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Hyderabad, Bengaluru or others, please ensure that you have received your complete travel details like airline, flight departure and arrival time, airport name, passport with valid visa etc. from your MyGlobalTrip Travel Advisor. You will fly to the first destination of the tour as per your individual flight details. Upon arrival your tour manager will meet you at Hanoi airport or at the sightseeing place conveyed to you in advance.
Joining & Leaving (J&L) Guests – From India or Anywhere in the World
If you are joining the tour from any part of India or overseas by making your own arrangements, please ensure that you have received complete guidance for smooth arrival, hotel check-in or joining at sightseeing place, from your MyGlobalTrip Tour Manager as well as travel adviser. Tour Manager will meet you directly at the first destination as per the tour plan conveyed to you.
Important Notes:
For Joining & Leaving guests the flight tickets, visa, insurance and airport transfers are to be borne by guests. Please ensure all these arrangements are as per the scheduled group tour. To avail of the group airport transfers, we request you to ensure your flight arrival is at the scheduled group airport and is minimum one hour before the group’s scheduled flight arrival time. For last day your flight departure time should be after the scheduled group flight departure time to avail the airport transfers.
Note:
• Standard hotel check-in time is 3:00 PM (15:00 hrs) or later. If our flights are reaching in the morning, we cover one of the sightseeing’s to fill up the gap.
• We recommend you to take care of your travel documents, valuables, foreign exchange, and emergency contacts handy during your journey.
Today we proceed to visit the Ho Chi Minh Complex – a significant historical and cultural site dedicated to the country’s revolutionary leader, Ho Chi Minh. It is a traffic-free area consisting of several key landmarks and monuments. Here we enjoy a walking tour. We walk to the Ba Dinh Square – a vast open area where many important national events have taken place and take a photo stop outside Ho Chi Minh Museum.
We then visit One Pillar Pagoda – a historic Buddhist temple dating back to the 11th century with its unique architecture of a single pillar rising from a lotus pond and Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum (subject to operation) – here the preserved body of revolutionary leader Ho Chi Minh is housed. We conclude our walking tour with deeper understanding of Vietnam’s rich history. Later we visit Temple of Literature – the first national university of Vietnam built in the 11th century.
In the evening, we enjoy a Musical Water Puppet Show – an ancient art form of Vietnamese orchestra acted out by puppets in a pool of water offering authentic Vietnamese experience.
Today we proceed to Halong Bay – a UNESCO World Heritage site known for its emerald waters and thousands of towering limestone islands. Upon arrival we proceed to the jetty and board the cruise. Once we begin sailing, we can enjoy lunch on board while the cruise sails through the scenic waters, we explore stunning limestone caves, mesmerizing karst grottos, and pass by serene islands. Along the way, guests can admire remarkable rock formations and picturesque landscapes.
Today we proceed to Hanoi. Later we fly from Hanoi to Da Nang – commercial and educational centre of Central Vietnam. Upon arrival, we see Dragon Bridge and other bridges on the river Han. We then proceed to Hoi An – an ancient town which was declared as World Heritage Site by UNESCO, is now a peaceful town of exceptionally well-preserved architecture, lifestyles and traditions. Upon arrival, we take a walking city tour of Hoi An and discover a 400-year-old Covered Bridge, Phung Hung Ancient House, Fujian assembly hall. Hoi An being the tailoring capital of the world you will find tailor shops on every street corner of this ancient town where you can get customised dress stitched in few hours. In the evening, see a different side of Hoi An when all the roads, houses, restaurants and cafes are illuminated by thousands of lanterns, creating a magical glow. Here we take a Lantern Boat Ride on the Hoai River and witness the town’s architectural wonders come to life under the shimmering lantern lights. We then drive back to Da Nang.
Today we proceed to Sun World Ba Na Hills. We drive on one of the most beautiful roads of the city and arrive at the cable car station of Ba Na Hills. Enjoy the cable car ride offering spectacular views of Da Nang city and the surrounding forests. Here we first visit Golden Bridge – a curved golden hued bridge held up by two giant hands. We then enjoy the other attractions such as Le Jardin, French Village, Pagodas and Alpine Coaster (Subject to operation). We’ll then savor a delectable international buffet lunch at the Ba Na Hills. We descend by cable car and visit Marble Mountains – home to limestone caves filled with shrines of Lord Buddha followed by visit to Monkey Mountain to view the Linh Ung Pagoda and Lady Buddha – 67-metre-tall white statue of the Goddess of Mercy.
Today we fly to Hanoi.

Guests traveling on the scheduled group flight will proceed to the airport as per the group’s departure time.
Joining & Leaving (J&L) Guests:
J&L guests will proceed to the airport after the scheduled group tour concludes.
If your flight timing and airport match the group’s, you may join the group airport transfer. Otherwise, the cost of reaching the airport, cruise terminal, railway station, or bus terminal will be borne by the guest.
